Minnesota Mike's Ride Across America

Arrived in Seattle and drove up to Anacortes to pick up my bike from Skagit Cycle. Due to the Sourdough Fire still burning on my original route plan on Hwy 20 over the Cascade Maintains, I need to modify my starting point 50 miles south to Everett, WA and ride along Hwy 2. Will still be a beautiful route over the Cascades. So appreciate D (Denise) for accompanying me on my send off and helping me get to my starting point. We had a couple fun days in Anacortes getting bike prepared and touring the San Juan Islands on a whale watching excursion. Bike is packed and I am ready to embark on this adventure tomorrow morning!!🤪
